About Me
About Me
At the heart of my coaching approach is the belief that you are the expert in your own life and work. Guided by the International Coach Federation (ICF) competencies, I recognize that each person is inherently creative, resourceful, and fully capable of taking responsibility for their success. My role is to support your self-discovery, help you find your solutions, and hold you accountable for the actions that move you forward.
As your thinking partner, I create a space for reflection, exploration, and clarity. Rather than giving you answers, I ask thought-provoking questions that lead you to your own insights and help challenge assumptions. Together, we’ll co-create strategies aligned with your goals, enabling lasting transformation.
Understanding your "why" is key to sustained motivation and meaningful success. We’ll clarify your purpose and align your actions with your core values. With clear direction, you’ll move confidently toward your goals, making progress with greater fulfillment.
The MADE framework lies at the heart of my coaching philosophy. By developing the right Mindset, Attitude, Drive, and Energy, you’ll strengthen key qualities needed to tackle challenges and stay focused on your path. Mindset shapes your perspective, Attitude influences your approach, Drive fuels your persistence, and Energy keeps you moving forward with passion.
Your mindset and attitude shape how you experience the world. I support you in shifting from fixed or self-limiting thought patterns to empowering perspectives. By recognizing that you have control over how you respond to situations, you’ll cultivate an empowered attitude. With a growth mindset and the right attitude, challenges become development opportunities, and you’ll continue progressing along your path.
Success requires both vision and action. Together, we’ll break down your goals into clear, practical strategies, enabling you to take deliberate, focused actions. Through this process, we’ll make steady progress toward your aspirations. One step at a time.
Every victory, no matter how small, is a step forward. Celebrating your progress helps reinforce positive habits and build momentum. I’ll celebrate each milestone with you, ensuring that you stay motivated and focused as you continue making strides toward your goals.
A valid question!
Have you ever wondered why an under-40 can’t be a leader or manager? Why is an under-30 too young to be promoted or taken seriously? And who still believes that age and years of experience are the ultimate indicators of credibility and career growth?
My experience across diverse companies and cultures has shown me the unique ways professionals approach their work and navigate challenges. Every workplace comes with its strengths, obstacles, and complexities, creating opportunities for growth for those ready to embrace change and pursue improvement.
But here’s the challenge: too often, we adapt to fit into these systems, start complaining, or, worse—quiet quit. Instead of identifying the root causes of our struggles and finding ways to grow, we give in to the pressures around us.
What do you think? Does this resonate with you?
I’ve chosen to approach challenges proactively, take action, and take ownership of my journey. One saying has stayed with me through the years:
"It had long since come to my attention that people of accomplishment rarely sat back and let things happen to them. They went out and happened to things." —Leonardo da Vinci (or so it’s said)
I thrive when working with people. I’ve learned how crucial it is to align on goals, collaborate effectively, and create meaningful results. These interactions energize me and fuel my passion for helping others grow and advance.
The journey starts when you hit the road.
Until then, a plan is just an idea—an itinerary stuck on paper or in a file. To experience the journey, you need to breathe the air, face the bumps in the road, taste the unique flavors along the way, and witness the beauty and challenges firsthand. That’s why I chose to embark on this journey, and I’m excited to take others along for the ride.
In sports, visualization and emotional focus are everything. When you can see your success, you can make it happen. Discipline keeps you on track—eyes on the prize, pushing through the pain because there's no gain without it. As a sports coach, I know how these principles drive performance, and I bring that same energy to my career coaching, helping you visualize and achieve your career goals with clarity and determination.
